Executive Summary
RPM, LLC is a Maryland based company that offers a full scale of property management services for investors who rent properties throughout the state of Maryland. RPM, LLC will ensure that every unit is lead certified, properly registered, and professionally inspected.
Our company will schedule and show units to prospective tenants and complete the screening application process. A quarterly report on the financial and physical condition of each unit will be prepared and issued to every owner.
Management Team and Experience
Resolution Property Management will be lead by a highly experienced professional team.
Jovan Gould, President/Founder, has worked in the property management field for close to 10 years. She has worked extensively with screening and leasing tenants as well as inspecting units for housing quality standards. Jovan has worked closely with HUD, Department of Housing and Community Development, Baltimore Homeless Services and Section 8. In addition, her success in court is due to the accurate record keeping and documentation for more than 200 households consecutively. She continues to stay educated on all updates pertaining to the housing rental and eviction laws.
Nashid Coleman, Vice President/Marketing Director, has been a part of sales and marketing teams in various areas of concentration. He has a very keen eye for marketing, and continues to have success on various levels. Mr. Coleman is a Certified Lead Inspector as well as a Certified Housing Quality Standards Inspector, and has been conducting such inspections since 2002. Nashid works closely with HUD programs as well as other housing agencies. He maintains a current knowledge of inspection regulations and housing laws to ensure that all units pass inspection according to current Maryland housing codes.
